Breakfast: Good choice, variety of cultural tastes, both hot and cold. Pool in room a definite plus! Spotlessly clean and great sanitary fittings. Loved the relaxing area of the lounge in the suite we had. Views across the city were great and from upstairs on 51st floor it was good to see the twin towers.

Thanks for the hospitality, my room was upgraded from executive pool room to paborama pool suite, very spacious and have great views of KLTower, Twin Towers. The Management of the hotel really took care of the customer - my original room did not have good view.. The room was ckean and the staff was friendly. The Skydeck and the breakfast buffet were also superb.

I booked a room with an indoor pool and I absolutely loved it. The pool access door has a child-proof lock or latch high up so children can't reach it, and there's a door to the shower just 2 feet away from the pool door. This made cleaning up and showering very quick and mess-free so I didn't have to drip water all over the room floor.

on the second day we found some insects on the 2nd bedroom bed. staff was very helpful to change the sheets but after we came back from dinner, it was still around. didn't want to make a fuss as we were checking out the next afternoon. my mom and sister slept in the living room instead as they mentioned that the tiny insects were jumping. other than that, everything was exceptional. the skydeck was the star of the visit!
